"If you're reading this review, you are probably at your wit's end. Placing your child in a therapeutic program away from you is a very heavy situation. We can completely assure you that Guardian Voyage Transport understands this and will treat you and your child with the utmost care and respect. From the first conversation with Jack to the pickup and transport of our daughter; they were compassionate, understanding, and completely professional. We had multiple calls and texts with Guardian Voyage Transport regarding what would happen that day and everything they said was completely honest. The best piece of advice we can give anyone that is in your situation is to follow their instructions exactly. We expected the morning of the transport to be a very stressful and anxiety filled morning, but they made it as simple and peaceful for everyone as possible. When they arrived, they briefly explained the plan, they prayed with us (at dad's request), we walked them upstairs to our child's room, briefly introduced her to Jack and Dory, kissed her on the head, told her we loved her and then left. I know you're probably thinking "how could you leave your child with someone they’ve never met" and we will be very honest; we had those same feelings. We left because Jack explained that if we were to stay, even in another room, that we would be creating a possibility for our daughter to lash out at us and that may make an even more difficult situation more emotional. Us leaving reduced the “targets” that she would have to express her feelings. Once we left, we received texts from Jack explaining how she was reacting, where they were, and the next steps. Once they arrived at the school, Jack gave us a call and talked us through everything. He gave us the highs and the lows; how she reacted and his response; how Dory was comforting the whole time, and when we would hear from the school. We can’t express how relieved we were to know she was safe and that she was in a place where she could get the help she needed. The whole process of finding a therapeutic program for our daughter was very stressful and difficult. Guardian Voyage Transport made the part that was our biggest fear the easiest part of the process. We can’t effectively express how appreciative we are with Guardian Voyage Transport and everything they did for us and our daughter. I would highly recommend you use them. They truly care about the children they are transporting and do an absolutely amazing job."

My wife Denise and I can’t say enough about Jack and his company. During one of the most stressful days that a family can endure, Jack and Drew were there to not only talk us through it, but their expertise and professionalism was truly remarkable. Most importantly, they reassured our son Luke that they were there with him, not for him. They created an instant bond with our son and it made all of the difference. Instead of confrontation, they used collaboration. Luke went (somewhat) willingly and most importantly, they explained in detail to Luke what was going to happen and why, and also what to expect when he got there. Jack was in constant contact with us at every step, as well as sending pictures, so we did not have to stress unnecessarily. We knew that our son was in great care and would get to his final destination safe. Jack’s job doesn’t end when he drops your child off, he truly builds a relationship and follows up every time he goes back to that facility. We used Jack and Drew to transport our son and it was a great experience. Because our son was able to connect with Drew on a personal level, the whole experience was trauma free for him. Jack kept in touch throughout the entire trip and even sent photos of our son smiling. Sending your child or in our case, our grandson, to a therapeutic boarding school is one of the hardest decisions you ever have to make. Deciding to have our grandson transported to the facility was equally as difficult. After speaking to Jack we knew this was the best option for us. Jack and his partner Drew, took the time to meet with us the night before. They asked to provide us with our grandson's interests-subjects they could use to chat with him as they traveled. Jack and Drews's compassion to make this as easy as possible for all of us showed. I consider them a Travel care team rather than a 'transport' company. They picked up our grandchild and got him to the facility in a very short time. Far shorter than I could have done and without the stress. They communicated with us through group chat every step of the way. They promised us a picture of the three of them smiling when they arrived at the facility and they delivered!! And once they arrived at the facility they stay for a while and help with the transition into the facility. As Jack said, they don't want my grandson to feel like an Amazon package. "I rarely write reviews because I am rarely impressed. It's usually over promised, under delivered. In this case, I was dealing with my daughter so the importance of this decision was not taken lightly. I met Jack and Dory in person the night before. They went over the plan, handled all objectives, and put my mind at ease. Now the hard part, 3am I introduced them, my daughter went from Shock, anger, some physical, then bargaining. Trying to get them to leave and find a way out. Jack and Dory were so good, kept calm, kept to the plan, and they accomplished the goal. The communication was vital and needed for this to be a success. The biggest difference in Jack and Dory, is they take pride in their work, they empathize with the parents, and the way this was handled could not have been any better, considering the circumstances.
